I have been an athlete my entire life and a Personal Trainer for over 25 years. I believe athletic participation prepared me for much of the success I have achieved with personal training. Learning to work with others, overcoming setbacks, training to reach specific goals, planning, organizing, communicating and developing oneself mentally, physically and emotionally are aspects, which are learned and developed through sport participation.

KIM MCDONALD

I have always worked hard at keeping in shape with a love for health and fitness. Growing up in Flippin, I was an All-State basketball player for the Bobcats, and went on to become an All-American at Harding University. I also competed in the Arkansas women's body building competition and won the overall state   championship in 1992. My focus is on personal training, small group training and teaching group fitness classes such as boot camps and Zumba dance.
