JERRY MCDONALD
I have been an athlete my entire life and believe athletic participation prepared me for much of the success I have achieved with personal training. Learning to work with others, overcoming setbacks, training to reach specific goals, planning, organizing, communicating and developing oneself mentally, physically and emotionally are aspects, which are learned and developed through sport participation.

I believe my life’s purpose is to share the love I have for wellness with others and guide them in developing their mind, body and spirit in achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I truly enjoy working with a wide range of clients and life situations. From coaching young athletes to working with seniors and special population, to weight loss, bodybuilding, and more. I have experience with a variety of training situations.

I have been a personal trainer and coach for over 25 years and am currently certified by the following major certification associations: Certified Personal Training – National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer – American Council on Sports Medicine – Cooper Institute

KIM MCDONALD
Kim has always worked hard at keeping in shape and she has turned that love for health and fitness into a successful business. Having grown up in Flippin, Kim was an All-State basketball player for the Bobcats. After high school Kim went on to become an All-American at Harding University and graduated with a degree in business administration. Kim also competed at the state level in the Arkansas women's body building competition and won the overall state championship in 1992.

Kim literally began her business out of her garage in 1998 training a few clients after work. Her client list quickly grew and she rented a small studio in Mountain Home. After recruiting her husband to help with the growing client list she has never looked back.

Today, Kim and her family own and operate Mountain Home Athletic Club, WestStar 24 Hour Fitness Center, and CrossTrain4All. Kim focuses on personal training, small group training and teaching group fitness classes such as boot camps and Zumba dance. Kim has been helping clients stay fit since 1990 and currently employs 7 other personal trainers and offers a varient of group fitness classes and weight loss programs.

KEVIN COTTER
Born and raised in Mountain Home. I am a proud father of 4. I joined the United States Air Force out of high school. With a career field in
life support and survival I found a passion for fitness. As my years in the gym progressed my desire to build a career in fitness grew as well.
I have now been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years. I have personal training certifications through Fitour and Nesta. And I am also group fitness certified as well. My training style is based on client goals. I provide meal plans and help clients make each day one step closer
to success in their fitness journey!

LAURIE JAMES
My goal as a personal trainer is simple: encourage and motivate women to make themselves and their physical fitness a priority, and to have fun! It's not about perfection or comparisons, it's simply about taking that time for yourself to do something that is good for you and makes you feel good. As a mom of a toddler and school-age children I know what it is to have no time for yourself. My philosophy is to start where you are and do what you can with what you have and be proud of that! Think strong, train strong, be strong... Make the little changes that will have a huge impact!

is that training should not only be functional, but fun! I want my clients to look forward to working out every single session and my goal for them is to leave the gym feeling stronger and happier than when they walked in!
I also want my clients to discover that lifting gives them confidence
and makes them feel powerful enough to do anything! In this gym, I surround myself with people who inspire and motivate me and that enthusiasm spills over to my clients! We train hard, but also have

KELLEY NOSARI
I've been an avid fitness lover all of my life. From organized sports to my health and fitness interests now, I've always enjoyed being fit and healthy. I have been personal training since 2008 and a group fitness instructor since 2006. I enjoy training all ages and have a passion for the interaction with people. I love getting to know them and finding out who they are as a person and coaching them in any way they need. From behavior modification to Lifestyle Changes, I try and give my clients support in all aspects of wellness.

JOHN SIMMONS
Around five years ago I made a decision that would forever change my life, I joined a gym! I weighed 259 pounds and just had surgery to repair a severed ACL. I felt horrible! My self- esteem was at an all time low, I was embarrassed to exercise in front of people. I knew that if I didn't hire a trainer, I wouldn't put in the time. I went to a gym, paid for my membership, and a year’s worth of training five days a week. If I wouldn't have already paid I would have never returned after the first session! I had a horrible trainer! After I got set up with an experienced trainer and a year of hard work I weighed 160 pounds, with 5 percent body fat! I had become a full blown gym rat! That's the reason I became a NCCA recognized personal trainer. I love to see people reach their full potential. It excites me! Through years of experience I know age, and weight isn't a factor when it comes to fitness! I can customize workout programs, direct you on food preparation and proper diet. I use proper body measurement techniques. I’m always available to answer questions, and am willing to give anyone two free sessions, so you can see the value of a trainer.
